My vote has to go to the season 6 finale. Although I loved all of them really.
Simply because I love the Trio that much.
And Dark Willow was awesome. Although killing Warren wasn't cool. It made me sad.
The fight between Buffy and Warren was pretty cool. I loved when Andrew knocked himself out with the jetpack. Laughing

I love Becoming! I've probably seen them two episodes like 50x maybe more. I'm serious.

Oh and the Gift. That was a really beautiful ending as well.
The part where they flash to Buffy's tombstone "She saved the world... a lot."
It really summed up Buffy's struggle and the last few years of her life and after her death actually, very well.
